10. Lamprey Disease



Lamprey Disease or (sometimes also called, inaccurately, lamprey eels).
 It was one of the most terrifying diseases said to be spreading among the human population. Lampreys live mostly in coastal and fresh waters, although some species (e.g. Geotria australisPetromyzon marinus, and Entosphenus tridentatus) travel significant distances in the open ocean, as evidenced by their lack of reproductive isolation between populations. Some species are found in land-locked lakes.

Proteus Syndrome it is also known as Wiedemann Syndrome.It causes skin overgrowth, bone  and tissues development within the human body.The cause of the disorder is a mosaic variant in a gene called AKT1(According to google data)
The chances for a person with Proteus syndrome to have an affected sibling are low, much less than 1/100 or 1 percent. Adults with Proteus syndrome have never had any affected children 

6. Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva



FOP has been called the Stone Man Syndrome.Most patients with FOP are bedridden by age 20 and have a life expectancy of 40 years.Unfortunately, there is no effective treatment for  progressiva (FOP).Surgery is not an option for removing the excess bones. And these new bones don't disappear on their own. 

5. Dermodysplasia Verruciformis



Epidermodysplasia Verruciformis (EV) known as tree man illness, is extremely rare and genetic.Growth of  an abnormal, red-brown macules on the face, neck, and body.Although permanent cure of EV cannot be achieved.

Exploding Head Syndrome sounds like something out of a bad horror movie, but it’s actually a serious disease affecting thousands around the world.
Symptoms of the disease are what sounds like a bomb exploding, a gun firing off, a clash of cymbals, or another form of loud noise within one’s head while trying to sleep.
There are no symptoms of pain, swelling or any other physical aspect, however. Individuals over 50 tend to be the most common recipients, but people as young as 10 have reported occurrences, too.
